Return and Refund Policy

At Funton Toys, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your needs, eligible products may be returned according to the guidelines below.

30-Day Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered. Requests received after this period cannot be approved.

Return Requirements

To be considered eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Returned within the allowed 30-day period
  2. Unused and without modifications
  3. Includes original packaging materials
  4. Contains all accessories and included parts
  5. Remains in the same condition in which it was received

Starting a Return Request

To request a return, send an email to support@funtontoys.com and include your order number along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

After review, our support team will provide instructions explaining how and where to send the item.

We recommend using secure packaging when returning merchandise to help prevent shipping-related damage.

Refund Process

Once the returned item arrives, it will be inspected before a refund decision is finalized.

  • Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Financial institutions may require additional processing time
  • Most approved refunds are completed within approximately 7 business days
  • You will be notified once the refund process has been initiated

Exchange Requests

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the request is reviewed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Funton Toys does not charge restocking fees or additional return handling fees on approved returns.

Order Modifications & Cancellation Requests

Changes, corrections, or cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment begins. Once an order enters processing or shipment stages, modifications may no longer be available.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If the item received is damaged, defective, or does not match the order placed, please contact our support team promptly for assistance.

For a faster review, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos showing the product and packaging

After evaluating the information provided, we will determine the most appropriate resolution available, which may include a replacement or another suitable option.
